The last of the snow pile which was the giant snow woman has finally melted away. This happened sometime between the 19th and the 26th of July, 2008. I'll try to get an exact date.

Believe it or not Bethel has built a giant snow person before.
In 1999 Bethel built the then world record snow man Angus King of the Mountain (named for the then governor Angus King). He stood 113 feet 7inches tall.Bethel, Maine on Wikipedia
